This policy explains what Somni Reality (“we”, “us”) collects when you use the service, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account details — the email address you sign up with.
- Your stories — the stories you play or request and the playthroughs you save, so you can resume them.
- Payment status — your crystal balance and purchase history. Card details are handled by our payment processor; we never store them.
- Basic technical logs — limited request data used to run and secure the service.
How we use it
- To run the service, save your library, and let you resume your stories.
- To process one-time crystal purchases.
- To generate narration and prose, your inputs are sent to our AI model provider for that purpose only.
- To provide support and keep the service secure.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal data or use it for third-party advertising.
Sharing
We share data only with the providers needed to run the service (such as our payment processor and AI model provider), and where required by law. Stories you choose to share via a public link are visible to anyone with that link.
Retention & your rights
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can request access to, or deletion of, your data at any time — see Contact.
Children
The service is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required in your region).
Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be noted here with a new date.
